Delve into the bold and colourful world of Cubism with a fun-filled art workshop inspired by Pablo Picasso!

Children will explore how artists can see the world from different perspectives, even within one artwork. In the workshop, children can create imaginative collaged portraits, experiment with still-life drawing, and produce vibrant Cubist paintings.

Through hands-on activities, they’ll learn about geometric shapes, perspective, light and shadow, and creative colour palettes while developing their drawing, painting, and collage skills.

Younger artists will enjoy playful portrait-making and simple still-life projects, while older children will tackle multiple viewpoints and more advanced artistic techniques.

Children are welcome to bring a small, non-valuable object for still-life drawing or a printed photo of a face for portrait inspiration.
