- Two lifts enable access to both sides of the museum
- Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome

Visitor facilities
- Onsite café with a garden, Little Al’s Kitchen at The Commandery

- Male and female toilets and a single unisex disabled access toilet

- Two lifts
Assistance dogs only are allowed into The Commandery. However, dogs are very welcome at the independent Little Al’s Kitchen café by the canal!
