
Family Yoga at The Commandery
Saturdays 7 and 21 June, 10.15 – 11.15am | The Commandery
Enjoy a child-friendly family yoga sessions in the beautiful Commandery gardens with Zoe Meachem.
Zoe says, “A family yoga session is a playful and bonding experience where children and adults move, breathe, and relax together. Through partner poses, creative movement, and interactive games, families build strength, balance, and connection.
The session encourages laughter, teamwork, and mindful relaxation, helping everyone feel more present and in tune with each other. With a mix of energising flows and calming moments, family yoga creates a fun, supportive space for all ages to enjoy movement and mindfulness together.”
£5 children and £10 adults. Children must be accompanied at all times by a paying adult.
The Commandery opens at 10am with sessions beginning at 10.15am promptly. If you wish to visit the museum afterwards we are offering those booked onto yoga half-price admission. Entrance to the museum if free for all Commandery resident and season ticket holders.
What should I bring?
- A yoga mat
- Some pillows and blankets if you’d like to make yourself extra comfy
In the event of bad weather the yoga sessions will be held in the beautiful and private wooden-beamed Littlebury Room.
