Make a Silver Ring | one-day course

Saturday 24 October 2026, 10am – 3.45pm | Worcestershire County Museum at Hartlebury Castle

Learn the basics of traditional jewellery making in this one-day course with experienced tutor Melissa Hunt. This workshop takes place at the beautiful Hartlebury Castle, home to Worcestershire County Museum.

Use copper to explore a range of techniques including applying textures and finishes, then make a stunning silver ring to your own design and size.

This is a one-day workshop on Saturday 24 October from 10am – 3.45pm, with a maximum of four participants allowing for a personalised experience.

£140 course fee includes light refreshments and free admission to Worcestershire County Museum. Participants can also enjoy 10% discount in Hayley’s Kitchen café on site.

Book your place on the course below.

We are looking to run more of these types of courses in the future, alongside our Blacksmithing Experience Days, so watch this space or contact Pippa pashmore@worcestershire.gov.uk or 01299 250416, to express an interest in future courses.
