Tea and Textile Printing (ages 16+)
Saturday 19 September, 11am – 1pm | Worcestershire County Museum
Fancy a go at Indian Block Printing?
Make your own block-printed card and bag in a relaxed creative workshop at the County Museum.
Be shown the methods of block printing first, and then go ahead and try it for yourself – with the chance to experiment before making your final designs to take home!
This informal, relaxed session is run by Linda Styles who has run her own craft business, selling textile printed items. She loves block printing as a hobby and sharing this with others.
Refreshments are included, as well as 10% off lunch in Hayley’s Kitchen café, and you’re welcome to explore Worcestershire County Museum for free on the day – discover exhibitions Captivating Costume and Lavish Living on your way.
No experience is needed and all materials will be included: small bag, fabric paint, and card (and tea, coffee and biscuits – of course!)
