The Autumn Makers’ Fair is coming to Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum on Saturday 10 October, with an exciting range of craft makers from Worcestershire setting up their stalls in the unique location of the Museum.
The perfect opportunity to welcome in the new season – or even to get ready for Christmas early – visitors will find an exquisite and colourful range of jewellery to purchase, alongside woodwork, homeware, textiles and hand-crafted puzzles.
“We love hosting Makers’ Fairs at the Art Gallery and Museum – they’re a wonderful celebration of local craft and an ideal chance to treat yourself or loved ones. The fabulous Museum Shop is a great addition to the Fair with an excellent range of cards and gifts to suit all pockets. Morning coffee and cake or lunch can be enjoyed at Little Al’s Kitchen at the Balcony Café.
Visitors can complement their Makers’ Fair experience by visiting the Reflections exhibition, featuring significant artworks on loan to Worcester from the National Gallery and Glynn Vivian Gallery, including works by Eugène Boudin, Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot and Claude Monet.. Tickets are available to be purchased via museumsworcestershire.org.uk or on the day from the Museum Shop.
Entry to the Autumn Makers’ Fair is free and is on at Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum on Saturday 10 October, 10am – 4pm.
