The Commandery & Hartlebury Castle reopen!
The Commandery, a stunning Grade I listed building with a dramatic history, welcomes back visitors from Tuesday 18 May, following government advice that permits indoor venues to reopen. Worcestershire County Museum at Hartlebury Castle, telling over 1000 years of the county’s history, will also reopen on the same day!
Both museums have made changes to ensure that visitors feel safe and welcome, including one-way routes, extra cleaning, hand sanitising stations and cashless payments.
Both venues have outdoor spaces to enjoy: The Commandery has beautiful enclosed gardens and the popular café Commandery Coffee, with canal-side seating for those looking for a breath of fresh air this spring; Hartlebury Castle sits within the Worcestershire countryside and boasts impressive grounds which can be explored, with outdoor seating on which to enjoy a well-deserved hot drink.
