Bite-size Talks in the Open Air: Shoes from the Collection
Step Back in Time: Shoes from the Collection
To make social distancing possible, we are taking our Bite Size Talks outside*!
Join our Costume Curator for an introduction to our fascinating shoe collection, in the wonderful setting of The Commandery gardens. From beautiful 19th century slippers to 1960s Hushpuppies, we have a little bit of everything and would love to share them, and their stories, with you.
*Bite Size Talks usually happen inside the City Art Gallery, please note they will now take place at this address: Commandery Gardens, Sidbury, Worcester, WR1 2HU. Due to the outdoor setting, in the event of rain the talk will be postponed.
Bite size talks are 30mins starting at 1pm and cost £3 per person (this is for the talk only, if you wish to visit The Commandery – Worcester after the talk please note admission costs apply and can be found here).
Please book your tickets by calling the Art Gallery & Museum desk on 01905 25371 or visiting the gallery desk.
